Autoclave sterilizing equipment – wall mounted electric water distiller
Summary:
The device can be installed on the wall and designed to produce high quality distilled water continuously, automatically and effectively at the lowest economic cost.
General operation process: raw water enters the bottom end of the condenser pipe, circulates along the condenser pipe, and finally enters the evaporation pot. The height of water in the evaporation pot is preset by the overflow dam. The falling steam in the condenser preheat the rising raw water in the column, which is economical and also allows the discharged gas to dissolve in it. The stills are designed so that the exhaust gas can enter the atmosphere through the outlet.
The steam generated in the evaporation pot passes through the deflector device to the condenser pipe. The deflector is installed to change direction three times before the steam enters the condenser tube. In this way, raw water entrainment can be prevented, which is the main reason for chemical or organic softening (degradation) of distilled water. If it works normally, water without heat source can be obtained. Evaporators, condensers, Overflow Dams and internal deflectors are all made of stainless steel. The outer cover and the inner guide plate cap are made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass, and all electrical components are installed with protection cut-off.
